🌿 Yoga Programs for Kids & Families
Hi, I’m Shara – your kid’s new favorite yoga teacher. I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation for over seven years, with a focus on making movement and mindfulness fun, inclusive, and empowering for kids of all ages. I hold a current Blue Card and am trained in neurodiversity-informed practices and eating disorder awareness, ensuring every child feels safe, seen, and supported—just as they are. My classes blend mindfulness, movement, and play in a calm, judgment-free space. Whether your child is full of big feelings or just needs a sensory-safe environment to stretch and explore, I meet them where they're at. With a background in martial arts, I bring a playful sense of body awareness and confidence-building into everything I teach. Most of all, I believe movement should feel good—not perfect—and that kids learn best when they’re having fun. All sessions are held at our secure and family-friendly clinic space, equipped with bathrooms, a fridge for snacks, and an outdoor playground. During class times, our Kings Road gate is closed for safety, so everyone can relax and enjoy.
