FAQ

  1. Is a referral required to visit Back2Health? No, a referral is not necessary to book an appointment at B2H. Simply call us or book online. During the phone call, our team may ask you a few questions about your injury to assist with preparation for your appointment and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

  2. What to bring for the appointment? Please bring any relevant scans, x-rays, referral letters, or reports related to the reason for your visit. It's recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

  3. What to wear for the appointment? Wear clothing that allows the affected body part and surrounding areas to be easily visible to Dr. Trevor. If you prefer, you can bring a change of clothes and change into them at the clinic. We have shorts available for your use.

  4. What about Medicare? Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) is a Medicare initiative that provides access to allied health services for patients with chronic conditions. As a chiropractic practice, we are proud to offer EPC referrals to eligible patients. This means that you can receive up to five chiropractic sessions per year with a Medicare rebate, making it more affordable for you to manage your chronic condition. To be eligible for EPC referrals, you need to have a chronic medical condition that has been present for at least six months or is terminal. Your GP will need to assess your condition and determine if you are eligible for an EPC referral. Once you have a referral, you can make an appointment with us and we will take care of the rest.
