Strengthen Your Knees, Hips, Back & Shoulders

At Back2Health, we know that pain doesn’t just go away on its own — you need the right movement, done the right way. That’s why we’ve created the Rehab Foundations Workshop: a 90-minute small-group session designed to restore function, reduce pain, and build lasting strength in your knees, hips, back, shoulders, and neck.

This workshop combines the expertise of Dr Trevor (Chiropractor with exercise rehabilitation specialty) and Shara (Clinical Yoga Therapist), working together to give you the best of both chiropractic and movement therapy.

 
What to Expect:

  • 90-minute workshop with a maximum of 6 participants
  • Circuit format with 6 targeted exercises
  • 3 supervised by Shara (mobility, breathwork, functional movement)
    3 supervised by Trevor (strength, stability, joint control)
  • Exercises modeled on the evidence-based GLAD program
  • Tailored progressions and hands-on support
  • Take-home resources to continue your rehab journey
